Because of the recent spate of ticket scams committed by companies highly ranked on Google and yahoo, TicketUK feel it necessary to issue this checklist to see if you are dealing with a bonafide company that will deliver your tickets.
We strongly advise all of our possible future customers to follow them:
1. Do not buy tickets from a company that does not display a phone number! (or hides it in the small print). We have been operating on the same telephone number for over 25 years. Call our customer services at any time (0044) 207 539 3434.
2. Do not buy tickets from a company that does not display an address! (or hides it in the small print). Make sure they have a reputable, legitimate address. Try to avoid PO Boxes. 3. Be very wary buying tickets from a company registered overseas. If you live in London and want to go to the O2 Arena or Wembley why buy from a company registered in Hungary, USA or Spain!! TicketUK is owned by a UK registered company.
